Not much vertical this week for the amount of mileage. I’m considering getting a membership at the local gym so I can practice extended uphill runs on the dreadmill.
Monday: 5mi Out and Back towards New London.
Tuesday:3mi on the CRT.
Wednesday: 6mi Progression Run.
1st have easy, accelerating 2nd half. Last three miles were 8:17, 7:44, and 7:40
Friday: 4.5mi on the CRT.
Busted out the headlamp and hit the trails before sunrise. There is just something cool about running trails by headlamp!
Saturday: 10mi on the road.
On the road staying at my parent’s in the northern ‘burbs. It is sooo flat out here! I decided to “post-hole” (make holes in the snow with my feet) through shin deep snow across the sports center soccer fields on the way back, because why not?!
Sunday: 3mi on the CRT.
