Body is feeling pretty consistent overall – not bad but not super great either. I tried to max out the elevation change this week as much as possible.
Monday: 4.5mi on the Camp Ryan Trail (CRT).
Tuesday: 6mi on the CRT.
Wednesday: 6.8mi Mt. Tom loop at Sibley State Park.
Friday: 3mi on the CRT.
Saturday: 10.2mi at Sibley.
Same long run as last week – completed three loops of the Mt. Tom trail.
This is probably my favorite part of the trail – running along the ridge (the high point of the loop other than Mt. Tom itself) shortly before coming to the Mt. Tom parking lot. It just looks so pretty in the morning sun.
